Hollywood Walk of Fame update

According to breaking news today, it seems Kobe Bryant is in fact getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Is this right? Does he really deserve this honor?

My personal opinion is HELL NO. He's not a Hollywood Star. Just because he plays for the L.A. Lakers doesn't mean he deserves A STAR which should be reserved for actors, actresses, performers and I guess singers?

It honestly disgusts me for we all know one day he'll be in the NBA Hall of Fame as well. Leave him there and leave Hollywood to the real stars!
