  1. Reactions were carried out at 28°C during 30 min in a KPi buffer 20Mm pH 7.0 as described in material and methods. Reactions were stopped with addition of 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid. Data obtained were fitted with the Michaelis-Menten equation.
